Browsing this site
This website includes workshop signup forms. It does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics added by Little Scientists Taipei. Visitors do not need to create an account to read the website. When you like a gallery photo or timeline item, the site sets a first-party cookie called lst_gallery for up to one year to remember your likes on that browser. It stores a random identifier, not your name or email. Reaction totals and the random identifiers are stored online. You can unlike a photo using its heart button. Clearing the cookie resets this browser’s remembered likes; it does not automatically remove earlier counts. This cookie is not used for advertising or analytics.
The hosting service may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website. If access requires signing in, that sign-in is handled by the hosting provider.
Contacting us
Contact links open your Gmail session in a new tab with our address filled in as the recipient. Google may ask you to sign in or choose an account. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry.
Event registration and other links
Each program may use a built-in signup form or an external registration provider. Built-in forms collect the participant name and parent/guardian email to manage the request. Requests are stored in the owner-only console and can be exported by the site owner. Submitting a request does not guarantee a place. A separate optional checkbox records consent to receive future workshop emails; registration does not require this opt-in. The site does not automatically send email. External providers may include Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or Wix. Instagram, Facebook, and directions links open separate services. Embedded Google Maps load only after you click Show Google Map; Google may then process technical information and use its own cookies. Their own privacy notices and settings apply when you visit them. Review the event’s terms before providing registration information.
Google Form enquiries / Google 表單洽詢
The bilingual enquiry form collects your name, email, optional enquiry, and optional email-updates consent. Responses go to a Google Sheet controlled by Little Scientists Taipei. Only authorized team members have access. Submission does not confirm a workshop place. Google processes the embedded form under its privacy policy. Contact us to request correction, deletion, or removal from updates.

Signup protection
To reduce automated spam, signup attempts use a short-lived hashed identifier based on technical request information. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database; the short-lived rate-limit records are cleared as new requests are processed.

Website editing and photos
The site owner signs in to a protected editor. Draft text, links, and photos are stored online so the owner can review and publish updates. Uploaded photos become visible to visitors when included in the published website.
